Who is Wrendale Designs?
This award winning company began in 2012, started by the artist Hannah Dale from her kitchen in Melton Ross, Lincolnshire. With roots in art and Zoology it makes sense that her paintings feature characterful animals of all kinds, but she began this journey by painting hares, finding joy in capturing their expressive faces. After success with greeting cards showcasing these adorable creatures, Hannah expanded her repertoire to the varied portfolio she has now. The company has expanded to include Hannah's husband, Jack, making it a family business they call the Wrendale family.
Wrendale has since won many awards for the success of the company, including a NatWest Everywoman Award that was given to the most inspirational woman running a business trading from 6 to 9 years. Wrendale have also been the recipient of five Henries for their stunning cards.
Attention to quality, detail and sustainability has always been the focus at Wrendale Designs, and it shows through all of their collections.
