Dunoon | Glencoe Scotland Mug:
A fine bone china mug featuring a print of a hand drawn map of Scotland marked with some of the most iconic natural wonders such as The Skye Fairy Pools, Fingals Cave on Staffa and Orkney's Old Man of Hoy. It was designed by the artist Caroline Dadd. The mug shape is called 'Glencoe' and features a flared top and a strong, comfortable handle so it feels very solid to hold.
About the Artist: After working as design manager at Royal Doulton, Caroline took over her father's business and was able to continue working with Dunoon on mug designs, graphics and packaging projects. She interprets many artists' work from Monet to Van Gogh including the Gustav Klimt inspired mugs, and created the fun, fact filled Informative Glencoe mugs.
Based in Staffordshire, England, Dunoon create handcrafted fine bone china mugs. They are made using traditional methods which they have refined over three family generations.
