Originating from the Scottish Highlands, the word 'quaich' is derived from the Scottish Gaelic 'cuach' which translates to 'a cup'. Symbolised as 'the cup of friendship', traditionally quaichs were used for offering a welcome or farewell drink. Each quaich is made from 100% British pewter in Birmingham, England.
